"I recently purchased the PT-AE2000U with a 100" Fixed Screen with Todd's no-pressure, intelligent, excellent assistance (Props!). I went from a 32" tube TV to a 100" HD TV. All I can say is WOW! The projector is amazing. I was worried about ambient light because I have the system in the Great-room which is connected to the kitchen and have lights on most the times until we watch a dedicated movie. With the projector set to the Normal-setting, it looks great with the lights on.

I bought a HDTV tuner and receive Free over-the-air High-Definition TV - The David Letterman show is spectacular. I'm waiting for the new Panasonic Blu-ray DMP-BD50 to come out which has the new 2.0 profile. So in the mean time I'm just using a regular DVD-player which still looks very good. I have the Onkyo TX-SR805 receiver which I think upconverts to 720p, so that helps a little bit. I'm also proud to say I built the credenza myself.

Anyways, I have highly recommended ProjectorPeople.com to my friends which, now, all seem very interested in projectors for some reason."
