"Choice of location is always difficult when planning your home theatre. In our case we chose our family room adjacent to our kitchen. Room size is 13' x 18'. There are full mirrors on the 13' wall and 10' floor to ceiling sliders on the 13' wall. Ambient light was a huge problem for us. We overcame it with the Sanyo PLV-Z4 projector mounted on the ceiling. There are no room darkening shades in use and the picture is still great with minimal wash out.

Our choices were based on our program viewing. We LOVE baseball and watching a game in HD is just AWESOME! With plenty of room for our friends to come over it's cheaper than going to the games (and the beer selection is better). We do watch movies on our system and again enjoy the 5.1 surround and being engulfed in the entire movie experience.
